Platform Usage Rules

All financial transactions on the 625 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept deposits via supported local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfers. Available methods may vary over time and will be updated in your account deposit section.

Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. 625 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial providers. Withdrawals will be processed within the stated time frame in your account, subject to completed identity verification.

625 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including valid identification) before processing any withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to protect all parties. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if fraud is suspected or if identity verification cannot be completed within the allotted time.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Limitation of Liability

The 625 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 625 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial loss due to service disruptions, technical errors, or data damage. The total liability of 625 to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user within thirty days prior to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 625 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, interface design, and layout — is the exclusive property of 625 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from 625.

Account Suspension & Closure

625 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or at the request of lawful authorities. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons will be notified via registered email and given an opportunity to appeal within a specified timeframe. Valid balances will be refunded after investigation concludes, unless tied to suspected violations.

The 625 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. 625 does not control the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites and is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from use of their services.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed and interpreted according to the laws of the jurisdiction where the 625 platform operates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms must first be resolved through sincere negotiation between both parties within thirty days of written notice of dispute.

If no resolution can be reached through negotiation, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under the specified procedures. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties. You agree not to initiate any legal action or proceedings against 625 in any court except to enforce the arbitration award.
